We ask you to bring your Power-Point slides to the conference in a format previous to Office 2007. In order to save a document with a format of a previous version you should click on the Microsoft Office Button then File -> Save As and select the format "PowerPoint 97-2003 Presentation (.ppt)" from the list below the filename.

In addition, those of you who are giving paper copies to the public, please bring your own copies with you in order to avoid last-moment problems at the photocopier.
